IB/E Optics lenses
RAPTOR Lens Family
These specialized cinema lenses were designed for capturing extreme close-up shots with exceptional detail and sharpness, making them ideal for macro cinematography. These lenses offer a shallow depth of field and precise focus control, allowing filmmakers to highlight intricate textures and small subjects with stunning clarity.
They are commonly used in nature documentaries, product shots, and any scenario where close-up imagery is essential.
Raptor Scope
The Raptor Scope is a notable example of precise engineering and innovative design in the realm of high-end optics. Each scene seen is presented with exceptional precision and vividness in a Full Frame image coverage (44mm) thanks to its high-definition optical technology.
Constructed to withstand the most demanding conditions, the Raptor Scope is made of high-quality components that provide dependability and longevity. This scope’s lightweight construction and simple controls make it easy to handle and use, enabling users to concentrate on their observations without interruptions.
Optical Tools
Expander
- PLx1.3VV-E / PLx1.4VV / PLx1.6VV / PLx2xVV / LPLx2VV: These expanders increase the image circle of your cine lenses, allowing them to cover larger sensors like those in full-frame or VistaVision cameras. By maintaining the lens’s original field of view, they ensure optimal resolution and minimal light loss, making them ideal for high-end cinematic applications.
Extender
- PLx2 / PLx1.4 MII: Extenders effectively double or increase the focal length of your lenses, offering greater reach without compromising optical quality. They are perfect for capturing distant subjects with precision while maintaining the integrity of the original lens’s characteristics.
Converter
- HDx35 MIII / HDx6K / HDx2 MII / HDx1.4: Converters are versatile tools that adapt your lenses to different formats, such as from Super 35 to full-frame or 6K sensors. They preserve the lens’s optical performance while enabling you to use your existing glass with various camera systems.
Diopter
- Diopter 4×5.65″: Diopters enhance close-up capabilities by shortening the minimum focusing distance of your lenses. They are ideal for achieving sharp, detailed macro shots without the need for additional specialized lenses.
Mechahical Tools
PL-LPL Adapter
Native PL mount lenses may be attached to LPL mount systems, such as the ARRI LF Camera, using the PL – LPL Mechanical Adapter.
Universal Mount System
Cinematographers may quickly switch between mounting systems in the field without having to change the rear focus thanks to the UMS Mount (Universal Mount System).
Filmmakers may swiftly exchange lens mounting on different lenses anywhere with the help of the UMS Mount.
Filmmakers in the field may quickly rotate among PL, EF, E, F, FZ, MFT, and LPL mounts with no play, no change in back focus, and no re-shimming once the UMS mount has been put on the lens and the lens’s back focus adjusted (if needed).
A modified PL Mount is the basis mount.
Only the IB/E adapters are compatible with the UMS System!
Conversion Kit
Filmmakers may easily swap out the lens mounts on Canon Compact and Cinema Zoom lenses, as well as Fujinon Cabrio Zoom lenses, wherever they are with the use of the UMS Conversion Kit.
Cinematographers in the field may quickly transition among PL, EF, E, F, FZ, MFT, and LPL mounts with no play, no change in back focus, and no re-shimming once the UMS mount has been put on the lens and the lens’s back focus adjusted (if needed).
Effect Filters
Their lens effect filters may turn an ordinary movie scene into something truly incredible. Whether you want to add dramatic sun rays to your film-look or enhance certain features, reflexes, flares, or other elements! All of their goods are manufactured by hand in Germany.
They employ carefully chosen materials, such as various textiles, nets, or organic materials like horsehair or dandelion seeds. Even if you are not engaged in post-production, take charge of your idea and the finished product by giving it the appearance you like in-camera. Eliminate the need for laborious post-production of your video content!
